This photo was taken from my hometown. It is so hard to see such a view in my hometown—blue sky, clear air,  no people there, short buildings. so I appreciate that beautiful moment. To be honest, this photograph is changed a little by photoshop , but I still love it because of the atmosphere contained in it—peace, serene and warmer tone.I can not explain why but I feel so happy when I saw the tree with sunshine on that angle which make the photo even more special. (By the way, the Chinese word in the middle means "sunny day" )

New Museum of contemporary Art designed by SANAA ( Sejima Kazuyo and Nishizawa Ryue) is  one of the landmarks in Manhattan.  Its shape composed of 7 "white boxes" like the game jenga. Even though it is restricted to environment nearby, the museum is still dynamic and versatile with its own characters. Its lightness and tenderness are the major reasons why I love it.

My work

These two pieces of work are about the Japanese tsunami. I was totally shocked by the power of nature and  the mood of national unity in Japan.
